Returns & refunds

EU consumers have 14 days from the day they (or a nominated third party) receive the goods to withdraw from a purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise it, send a clear statement (email to hello@elion.gr is fine) before the deadline expires.

Email hello@elion.gr with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and any reference to include with the package. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.

Goods must be returned in their original sealed packaging, unopened. We may reduce the refund to reflect any handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the goods.

Olive oil is a sealed food product. For hygiene and food-safety reasons (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent in Greek law), opened bottles cannot be returned. Sealed, undamaged bottles are returnable within the 14-day window.

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm condition, we refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Bank transfers can take 1-3 additional business days to appear in your account.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We arrange replacement or a full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.
