Terms of sale

These terms govern your purchase of products from elion.gr. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending the order confirmation email; the contract is formed at that point. We may decline an order — for example, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect misuse — and will refund any payment taken.

Prices include Greek VAT where applicable and exclude shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting your order; if we discover one after acceptance, we will contact you to confirm whether to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. Bank-transfer orders are reserved for 7 days; if payment doesn't arrive in that window, the reservation expires and the inventory returns to stock.

Shipping rates and timelines are explained on the shipping page and shown again at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. The full procedure is on the returns page. Note the food-product limitation: opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Products carry the statutory legal warranty for conformity (2 years for new goods under EU law). If a product fails to conform, contact us; we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory consumer law. Subject to that, our liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for it.

All site content — text, photography, video, design — is owned by ELION or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission.

Reviews you submit are your own. By submitting one you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the product page and in marketing about the product. We moderate reviews and may decline to publish or remove any that are off-topic, abusive, or unlawful.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

We may revise these terms; the version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
