Shipping

We ship throughout Greece, the European Union, and to selected international destinations including the UK, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, and Australia. If your country isn't shown at checkout, contact us and we'll quote a custom rate.

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders ship via ACS or ELTA Courier.

EU shipping is calculated at checkout. Prices include VAT; no additional duties on arrival within the EU customs area.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. The price you pay does not include destination-country import duties or taxes — these are your responsibility on arrival.

• Greece: 1-3 business days from dispatch.
• EU: 3-7 business days.
• International: 7-14 business days, customs-clearance time excluded.

Orders placed before 14:00 EET on a business day usually dispatch the same day; otherwise the next business day.

Once your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number and a courier link. You can also see it in your account under Orders.

For non-EU destinations, you are the importer of record and responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or fees the destination country charges. We declare goods at the price you paid.

If your shipment hasn't arrived within twice the expected delivery window, contact us. We open a tracer with the carrier and either resend the order or refund it once the carrier confirms loss.
